However, if your device is lost or stolen, you are responsible for any usage of your Allotments or charges incurred using your device until you report the loss or theft to Assist Wireless by contacting their customer service at 1-855-392-7747. Upon receiving notice of a lost or stolen device, Assist Wireless will take immediate steps to suspend the services. 

If you do not activate a replacement device or fail to notify Assist Wireless that you have found a lost or stolen device within thirty days, they may cancel your subscription to Assist Wireless Services and reassign the number associated with your account to another user. 

If your services are canceled or if you choose to terminate your services following the loss, theft, damage, or destruction of your device, Assist Wireless will not prorate charges to the date of the cancellation or termination, and you will not receive a credit or refund for any unused Allotments​​.
