Care For Children Foundation free eyeglasses are available to all children living in the United States who are under the age of 18. To be eligible, children will need to meet certain criteria.

  • must have an eye exam from a licensed optometrist with a valid prescription indicating they need glasses
  • the parent or guardian of the child must also provide proof of income to show that the family meets the program's financial requirements
  • the child must not have any other vision insurance coverage or a vision care plan covering the eyeglasses' cost. 

If a family does not meet the financial requirements, Care For Children Foundation may be able to provide some financial assistance.
